The Rise of the Female Entrepreneur. Join the Movement!

When I grew up I had no successful female role models - apart from Pipi Longstocking - .

There were no female, political, wealthy influencers (who were also kind, fun and had the guts to stand out from the big grey crowd) in my daily environment.

I was surrounded by women who were caring, loving, strong and kind. Women who sacrificed so much.... for other people. Because that's how they were raised.

And it's so easy to copy that.

So, last week, I went to Zurich for the amazing Sigrunlive, The live event of brainy Icelandic entrepreneurial miracle Sigrun, who's also my business coach and the founder of Somba, hands down the best program for aspiring online entrepreneurs!

... and to meet the women in my Mastermind who I worked with the last year. Entrepreneurs from Iceland, Switzerland, Beirut, the United States, Germany, Denmark and a tiny village in the Netherlands (that's me)

Do you know that feeling when you meet someone in real life and you fall head over heels in love?

Happened to me. Happened to us. Happened to the entire group.

We collectively fell in love with each other. We cried, cursed, worked, set super high goals, we went deep and laughed hard.

And we drank a lot of champagne.

It's amazing to see how much work you can do, once you get over the feeling that someone might be better, more accomplished or more successful than you.

No jealousy, no boring limited beliefs. No sacrifices. No holding each other down because you are afraid your peer might arrive earlier at the dream destination than you.

"You go first. You're ready. Be our inspiration."

Do you know how rare it is when people act like that?

When all you want for each other is that she becomes a really big success. Because you know you're next.

On your own terms. And in your unique way.

Yes, fitting in and follow rules is Soooo 2015.

Yet, all the women I met in Zurich were like that!

This is a new generation!

We need more women out there who can show that the 6 -and 7-figure businesses are real. That you can be a friggin' big potty-mouthed influencer without wearing a boring suit.

That you can be a powerhouse, without someone shushing you into silence. That you can be loving and caring and have incredibly clear boundaries.

That it's perfectly okay to share a picture of your son one moment and create a kick-ass sales strategy the other moment.

We need to cross all those limited borders that don't serve us anymore.

We need women who dare to be in charge, even when we are called: bossy, bitchy or stuck-up.

Somehow those words are only used for women... ain't that something?

We need to show our sons and daughters what powerful women look like. That you can make it on your own terms.

With the right support. The right group of women around you. The right attitude and the guts to succeed AND to fail.

You don't need to wait till you've figured it all out. Or until you're thin, super elegant or enlightened.

You just start. Because there is No Right Time.

There is only One Life Defining Decision:
What you have to say matters.
Take the decision. Find the right support and make it happen.
