Late Diagnosed Neurodivergent? Grow your Business and Brand the ADHD-way, autistic-way or AuDHD-way.
No more neurotypical business advice
Hello fellow late diagnosed neurodivergent miracle.
Our brain is not like the other people, right? Consistency doesn't work. It's not like we don't want to. We're definitively not lazy.
It's just that we don't have a Consistently Button. Late diagnosed people like you and I have been trying to keep repeating and follow marketing growth like other people do. But we have to do it a different way.
Let's grow your business and brand the ADHD-way or the autistic-way
Here are some tips from a late diagnosed entrepreneur (me) who is running her business the AuDHD-way
Choose one day for your Growth Day
Monday, for instance (but it's your business, so you decide)
It's a great day to look ahead. But also to look back. If you're ADHD or very multi-passionate, it's so easy to forget what you have already achieved this year.
1. Go to Instagram (or any platform you use often)
Scroll down to see some posts that you loved. Download it all (use the download extension on Google, and use text, images, and video again.
2. Go back to all the emails you shared:
Check your open rates. (the number of people who clicked and read it) Use it again. Change what needs to be changed and off you go.
3. Go back to your calendar.
Look at the work you have achieved AND how you felt about it. My AuDHD brain can go into overwhelm mode. And when that happens, I can lose track of what really matters. If you recognize working on a project for weeks and months without making money, you are most likely not working in alignment with your natural rhythm.
4. So this is what you do instead.
A. Keep your eyes on the prize:
What do you want to achieve? How much money do you want to generate? Or how many people do you want to serve?

What do you want to have FINISHED on WHAT DAY?
B. Figure out YOUR best times and conditions to work, to think, to create, or to connect to people.
C. Decide on the time available to you.
Don't push yourself to do a 100-hour project when all you have is 20 hours.
D. Look at your life, your circumstances, your talents, what you deeply despise, how your brain works, etc.

As a late Diagnosed woman, growing your business, your natural rhythm is leading. Not just your calendar.
5. What you do next is:
Go through your calendar and detect when you worked in a rhythm that felt right for you AND that resulted in the largest amount of income and/or success.
Example:
I ALWAYS make the largest amount of money when I do less, have fun, use my strategic superpowers to find the easiest and fastest way, and do not hear fear screaming into my ears.
My AuDHD brain almost always sends me on a hysterical goose chase to make things incredibly difficult, to mess things up, and to fall for the screams of fear.
But by now, I know that the only way I can stop this kind of insanity (that's how it can feel) is to go back to my Natural Rhythm and trust that it will work FOR me. So, give yourself time to find your Natural Rhythm this week. I can promise you, this is a life, health, and sanity saver. Also, hey, this is supposed to be fun!!Have a wonderful week!!
With a lot of love for you,Esther
P.S. I'm so excited! This week, the first Roadmap Sisters create their future in alignment with their Rhythm.
🎉In the next days, they will fill out their questionnaires. And based on their lives, available time, circumstances, dreams, neurotypes, archetypes, and of course, their goal, I create their completely customized Roadmap with all the tools they need to get as fast as possible to their goal. For a full year!
I have developed a loving accountability system, all in alignment with your rhythm. Shame-free. Of course. I'm wishing them an amazing year!
