WHY YOU NEED TO ACT BEFORE THE MUSIC STOPS

.

  •  How to bring Flow back into your daily life and business.
  • Why you can't ignore this super important lesson, if you're serious about being a thriving entrepreneur for many more years to come.
  • What to do when you're on the verge of a burn-out.

.

Okay, I want you to sit down.  Now.  And read this. Yes, I'm very bossy but you need to read this.

You need to read this when you are a solopreneur in love with your business.

Yup. Madly, passionately flushing-pink-cheeks in love!

Seems like such a good thing. Right? You in love, a business, the hustle, happy clients, work, work, work...
...
until the Music stops.

UNTIL YOU DON'T HEAR THE MUSIC ANYMORE AND HUGE BLACK CLOUDS HANG LOW AND HEAVY BETWEEN YOU AND FULFILLMENT.

Here's the thing. What you're pulling off is a gigantic task of epic proportions. You are a complete business in ONE PERSON.

You are the kind frontdesk lady, the stern CEO, the happy-go-lucky designer, that guy from accountant, the black clad brandmanager. And the entire team of customer services. You are the whole shebang and on top of it all you can make your own damn fine coffee.

Impressive right?

But what happens when the frontdesk lady can't smile anymore, her kid is sick and all she wants is to take care of him. The guilt feels like a black pit in her stomach. There are not enough chocolate bars in your vending machine to fill the void.

Accountant guy is miserable because he fears his partner doesn't love him anymore. The brandmanager gets into a fight with the designer over the layout of a tiny Facebook post because they are too tired to see the bigger picture. All the CEO wants to do is lay on the sofa and cry. Anything to escape the disappointment of a failed launch.

What happens when the entire floor of customer services calls in sick? Overworked and too stressed to pick up the damn phone. They don't feel the vibe anymore and all they do is bitch and moan about the clients.

There will be no blogposts, no Facebook lives. Prospects - who need your services or products - won't read your words and can't see your smile.

So they go to someon
e else instead....

Are you still with me? When your business is suffering from overwhelm, the entire system comes to a screeching halt at the Ugly Station of Procrastination and Perfectionism. From there it's just a few stops to the dark city of Lost in Burn-out.

You don't want to get of the train at Lost in Burn-Out. It's really hard to leave that town again.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT HAPPY.

And nobody wants to deal with that level of unhappiness. Because it's contagious.

But most of all it sucks.  Because you've got your story to tell and a goal that used to make your heart sing.

But when you are burned-out the music has stopped and the silence is eerie and dark.

You might think that will never happen. You might even yell at me:

"
Esther, seriously. Did you not hear me? I love my work. I'm fully intertwined with my business. Yes it's hard, yes I do work in the morning.  And in the afternoon. And in the Evening... and on Saturday ... and on Sunday ... and on Christmas eve. And on my kids birthday...  But, I'm good."

But you forgot that the frontdesk lady, the CEO and the bright designer only thrive when they are inspired to do things that make them happy. They need to feel fully alive.

They need to do stuff  independent of the outcome. Independent of what the clients think. Independent from money, worries and anxiety.  The need to be in the space where ideas can grow.

How do I know what a burn-out feels like?

Because I've been there. Staring at my website without any idea what to do next.  It feels horrible, lonesome. And the worst thing is that a burn-out cuts you off from seeing all the possibilities out there. It's like the world exists of stupid you and a whole lot of grey stuff.

Trust me on this. You don't want to be there. I was lucky enough to find the way out!

I WANT YOU TO AVOID BURN-OUT! THERE IS AN EASY, FUN AND FAST WAY TO  THAT.  ALL YOU'VE GOT TO DO IS TRIGGER  FLOW!

Flow comes in when you are fully submerged into doing (not just thinking about it) something that makes you come alive. I know it's hard to close your laptop and doodle something.

I't's time to feed your inner team!

Let your inner team do stuff that make them happy and come alive. Give your stern CEO a pencil and let her doodle pink flowers far outside the lines. Let your customer service dance on the table and sing:  "Oh Yeah, I'm Alive, let's dance, I don't care who sees me, Woop Woop! "

You are responsible for the wellbeing of yourself, your business and your entire inner team.

Are you ready for it?
