So you do some yoga, shower, put on that beautiful dress you bought last week, and start your day with a smile on your face.

You wake up and the first thing you think is: "Shit, I was supposed to sell my offer, but I don't want to! I posted something on Instagram and only got 1 pity-like. I'm sure nobody likes what I have to offer."

You shower and don't even notice that the sun is shining. You look into the mirror and tell yourself: You're ugly. You try to tuck in your tummy and feel sad.  

The internal monologue is on full blast: "I should get a job at the supermarket. I can't do this. It's too stressful. There's something wrong with me" 

But because you love your work so much you get to work anyway. You know that you've got to check your bank statement, but are afraid to look.

But instead of setting up your launch, you're scrolling through Facebook. It's painfully clear that everybody is more successful than you. You scan the happy faces: "Oh look at here, she's on holiday again"

A pang of jealousy. You're not even that kind of woman! What's happening?

So - out of desperation - you enroll in a free program, download some free e-books that promise you the sun and the moon, promote the program of a friend, and before you know it, it's afternoon. You decide that your launch can wait, because who's waiting for you?

When you go to bed you're wide awake. Shame, anger, and resentment ("Stupid people, why don't they understand what I can do for them!") are having a field day. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.

If only you didn't feel so isolated! If only there were people around you who understand what you truly are and what you truly want to accomplish.

Most of all I intimately know the horror of loathing myself. Of not loving myself. And it's downright horrible. Not all the strategy of the world of the world will help you with this.

I realized that I needed the positive loving energy of other women. I found out that women can do everything when they are around like-minded women.

So when my business grew I decided that I only wanted to work with women who thrived with that kind of support.
