Many years ago, I visited an astrologer and she said: "I always think there is something beautiful living inside me and nobody knows about that. It's my secret and I like that feeling".

I didn't know what to do with that. Pushing away everything that might be slightly extraordinarily had become my second nature.

Honestly? I was convinced for many years there was absolutely nothing beautiful living inside of me. I've been thinking about that for over 15 year now (sometimes these things need time:-)

But a couple of years ago I came upon this quote by dr Wayne Dyer. He describes that he wrote a note to himself: "Dear Wayne, don't die with your music still within you."

That one sentence truly struck a chord with me.

Because by then I knew there was extraordinary music living inside of me. I knew there was wonderful music living inside of all in us.

There is a breathtakingly wonderful song living inside of you!

However, we think we have years and years to figure out what we want and that our dreams can wait.

And wait.

Fact is we don't have years and years.  We have this one single, beautiful, precious, wonderful life.

There is a song living inside you, a painting, a book, a dream - however vague it might fel right now - you are obliged to let it out.

I've heard my buddhist teachers say over and over again, how fortunate we are to have been born in this human body, but it was the Wayne Dyer's quote that made it all come alive to me.

So... I want you to reflect on this precious life of yours and to truly deeply appreciate the music inside.

Even if you don't hear it, feel it, see it (or think it's not unique, precious, original or perfect enough to give it any attention) put your hands on your chest and say:" I LOVE YOU and I will make space for you to come out in whatever form shape or sounds you want to." Wishing you multi-coloured happiness!
