My mission and purpose is to nurture, guide and support women to become all they can be, so that they can live the life they were made for.
My journey to now has been a somewhat eclectic one. I am proud to count myself in with the misfits and outliers who are so up for life’s great adventure and don't always 'play by the rules'.
I have worked with women for over 25 years in empowering circles, in spiritual and personal development, through teaching and coaching. This has taken me from championing equality and diversity in global communications technology, to women’s peace initiatives in Bosnia, to helping young offenders get their lives on track, to care-taking one of the most ancient and sacred sites in Britain and leading festivals exploring the world’s faiths and spiritual traditions.
I am what I would describe as a 'Mid-Life Crisis Disruptor' and am particularly focused right now on coaching women who are being made redundant, helping them find resilience and the confidence to make their career work for them.
