Why you – like no once else – can Shine & Stand Out – when you have faith in your Creative Magic Powers –

Yesterday Angelina Jolie received the Kids Choice Award as the Best Villain in a Movie, for her rol as Maleficent. This is what Angelina Jolie told the (screaming :-) children in the crowd:

“When I was little, like Maleficent, I was told that I was different. And I felt out of place — too loud, too full of fire, never good at sitting still, never good at fitting in.

 And, then one day I realized something, something that I hope you all realize: Different is good.

And, as your villain, I would also say cause a little trouble — it’s good for you.”

If you haven’t seen Maleficent I urge you to go and watch it. I loved it! It truly is a celebration of the independent female spirit. It shows you what happens when you try to clip the wings of creativity (bad idea!). And it’s all about the power of unconditional love.

Don’t take it from me, just get the DVD and watch it.
